Missing Information

This flag will ONLY be used on PENDING line items that are missing required information in order to set the campaign live. Once the campaign inside the line item is LIVE, Ops will ONLY use the LIVE status.

This flag will be used on PENDING line items if we are missing order details required to send the test email

This flag will ONLY be used on PENDING or NEW line items that are missing the required information to set the campaign live. Once the campaign inside the line item is LIVE, SEM will ONLY use the LIVE status.

This flag will ONLY be used when Display Ops requires access to Facebook pages. We will apply the PENDING status until we receive FB page access and can set the FB campaign live. Once the FB campaign is live, we will only use the LIVE status.

NA - we don't need this flag

This flag will ONLY be used when SEM requires access to GTM or Analytics to set up conversion tracking. We will apply the PENDING status if it prevents the campaign from going live. Once the SEM campaign is live, we will only use the LIVE status.

This flag will be used on Local SEO/organic line items in PENDING status that we need GBP/website access.

This flag will ONLY be used when Ops requires access to a Facebook page or GTM. We will apply the PENDING status until we receive access needed and can set the campaigns live. Once the campaign is live, we will only use the LIVE status.

Pending Approval

Display Ops will not be using this flag because we do not require approval before setting any campaigns live. This is to ensure we build and book as much revenue and remove as many roadblocks to the setup/set live process as possible.

This will be used when a test email is out and requires the partners approval to go live

This will be used when an SEM build has been submitted to the partner and requires the partner's approval to go live. We will apply the PENDING status until we receive approval and can set the SEM campaign live. (Please note that this does not apply to YouTube)

This flag will be used when content needing approval is sent to the partner for review. This will apply on Local, Organic, and WebDevelopment line items

Ops will not be using this flag as we do not require approval before setting campaigns live.

Awaiting Response

This flag will ONLY appear when a line item requires our team to respond. This flag will be automatically applied to the line item when the partner responds in the line item, or if an internal team member needs us to respond to a line item, they will need to apply this flag so it alerts us.
