Make line items more efficient by allowing users to view messages and line item details at the same time
Walkthrough
Sold line items are the individual products purchased through proposals or order submissions within Ui.Marketing. They are used for order management and communication regarding updates, asset gathering, and fulfillment requests.
The header of the line item is where you can find a concise summary of the overall state of the line item. This includes:
Line Item Status
Flagging Status
Line item Name
Product
Line Item ID
Order Name
Start and end date
The left-hand side of the line item has all the metadata, or details, associated with the line item that the operations team needs to fulfill the order
The right-hand side of the line item has all of the messaging and communication between users and internal notes.
