Users were looking to see information and navigating their line item while also having access to the information

I want the ability to update my allocations while still being able to view my messages.


Walkthrough


On a line item view, users can navigate through line item information on the left-hand side while viewing messages on the right-hand side. They can collapse and interact with the cards by clicking on the carrot dropdown.

Line Item Detail Cards

Line Item Management

  • Requester - Dropdown that searches for the user to add to the line item. It is required and cannot be cleared. This will only show admin users and users associated with the hierarchy on the line item.

  • Assignee - Only admin and assignee level users will appear on this dropdown. External users do not see this input.

  • Followers - External users can search and add users to this field, who can get message notifications and access to the ticket. If a user is unavailable in the follower dropdown, they can be added as a listener user.

  • External ID - This is a field available and editable to all external users and accepts all numbers and letters only.

General & Allocations

  • The General tab will change depending on the product and is only editable for internal users. However, all users can view this information.

  • The columns that show on the Allocation table will vary based on the product and are only editable for internal users. All users can click the Download CSV button to export the table.

  • The Billing tab is only available to admin users, external users do not see this tab option on their view.

For any changes made on these tabs, internal users are required to click “save” or “undo” before leaving.

Targeting

  • The Targeting tab will only show for products that offer targeting and may not display for most products. Additionally, the targeting information that is shown here will vary between products.

  • This is view only for external users.

  • Information across both tabs, Audience and Locations, can be downloaded to a CSV.

Assets

The Assets tab is where users can view and download files that were uploaded during the order submission process.

Reporting & Integrations

  • Reporting

    • The reporting tab will only show data here if the integration has been set up and data is available for the date range selected

    • Users can update the date ranges by clicking on the Reporting tab

    • If users click view report, it will take them to the advertiser-level report

  • Integration

    • This is only available to internal users

    • Users should only see the platforms available that are associated with the product

If the product does not support integrations or reporting data (for example set up fee) this entire card will not show.

Not Included

  • Ability to expand cards

  • External users updating line item data

  • Custom date ranges in the reporting tab
