Why

Users were often questioning when a change was made and who made the change


Walkthrough

The history log can be accessed on the top right of all line items. Clicking this tab will open up the history log in a modal.

  • This is available to all user types

  • View report takes users to the advertiser-level report in a new tab.

Navigation

Once the modal is open, users can view the history of the line item:

General Tab Changes

On the General tab, users can see the following change types. Please note anything displayed on this tab is available for all users.

  • Tracks when the line item was created

  • Status

  • Flagging

  • User changes to requester, assignee, and follower. Listeners are NOT tracked in the history log

  • Line item name (coming soon)

  • Updating the active billing type

For Allocation changes, users can use the dropdown to see specifics on the allocations that were changed

  • Each row in the history log represents a row of allocations in the table.

    • For example, if two months or two rows of allocations were updated, then two rows of “an allocation was updated” would show in the history log

  • Field - which field in the allocation was updated (goal type, dates, goal)

  • The previous value will show what was there before compared to the new value

  • Coming soon! Showing the values of rows added and removed, currently, only updates show.

Integration changes

On the Integrations tab, users can see the following change types. Please note that anything displayed on this tab is available to admin users only.

  • Tracks when a campaign integration is added to a line item

  • Tracks when a campaign integration is removed from a line item
