All of our data is double opt-in and permission based. We partner with thousands of websites & aggregate our data from top-tier sites plus our own self-owned opt-in source sites.
Once the opt-in information has been confirmed as deliverable, we then micro survey on a monthly (sometimes bi-weekly) basis. This ensures that our members profiles are as fresh and up to date as possible. Our data is updated on a daily basis based on a record’s campaign engagement, trigger data from partner sources, micro-survey responses and of course immediate removal upon unsubscribing.
Not only are we CAN-SPAM, GDPR & CCPA Compliant, but we are also one of the only third party email providers that is CASL compliant which enables us to run campaigns in Canada as well.
Additionally, we are Feedback Loop Certified. This means that we have partnered with all of the major ISP's to examine our mailing network credentials and to set up an automated system that manages the reporting of all subscribers requesting the removal process. As a result of our best practices and relationships with the ISP's, we are allowed the highest maximum delivery of inbox placement. We value our subscriber list and by using feedback loops to remove any uninterested parties, we are able build a more refined and engaged database.
