TradeDesk Custom Reports

Follow the below steps to create a custom report in TTD for any Partner’s Advertisers or Campaigns.

Advertiser Custom Reports:

  • Select Edit on any report under the My Reports tab to use the already created template

  • Remove all advertisers included in the report template

  • Then +Advertiser and search for your advertiser using the correct naming convention

    • EX: VMG - HP - Rebel’s Honky Tonk

    • If you’re adding multiple Advertisers look up the Partner and select the Advertisers you are needing in the report. EX: VMG -

  • Once all advertisers have been selected in the Date Range dropdown select Custom and then select the Start and End dates of data you are needing tos send.

    • Reminder: You can not run a report for the current date only up to the previous date.

  • Next make sure all necessary recipients are included in the Email Report To section

  • And the Recurring Schedule is changed from Daily to Once

 

  • The Generated Schedule Name needs to be changed to the naming convention of our advertisers

  • The Template Name will change to the advertiser’s name.

     

Campaign Custom Reports:

If the custom report has been requested for a campaign you’ll make the following adjustments to the above instructions.

  • In the Filter By dropdown change the option from Advertiser to Campaign

     

  • +Campaign and search for the Campaign Name in the pop up window and select your campaign(s)

    • Make sure the campaign you're adding is Active to ensure we’re sending the correct data

  • Select your Custom Date Range for the report and include all Recipients who need to be receiving this report as shown above.

  • The Generated Schedule Name will once again be the naming convention of our advertiser

  • The Template Name will be the campaign name as it appears in reporting.
