Understanding Local SEO Data

Users can navigate through the different SEO data points using the pills at the top right-hand corner. Each selection will show different data points/metrics. The charts and graphs within each page are subject to change.

Summary

The summary tab gives an overview of how users have interacted with your listing.

  • Google Views on Search and Maps- A line chart that shows the number of times your listing appeared in search results, specifically on Google Search and Google Maps. Hover over the data pints to see more specific metrics and use the date range in the header to change the time period.

  • Google User Photos - Photos that users have uploaded to Google only by end-users. Use the arrow keys to view the different photos.

  • Local Listings Summary - Summary chart that shows which listings are live, processing, unavailable or opted out.

  • Google Customer Actions - The number of times consumers took action on your Google listing. These actions include clicking the call, directions, or website links. A phone call occurs when a consumer clicks the phone number on a mobile device, regardless of whether the phone call was completed. Hover over the different data points to see data by day.

  • Location Listings Overview - The number of times your location appeared in search results and the clicks generated across Google Maps, Google Search, Bing, Facebook, and the broader network. See a period over period comparison of each listing as well.

  • Review Information

    • Review Count - View the total number of reviews your listing has received and the number of reviews you have gotten per listing.

    • Recent Reviews - Highlights your latest reviews during the selected time period.

    • Reviews Awaiting Response - Use the reviews awaiting a response to know which reviews have not yet been responded to by the business.

    • Review Ratings - Get an overall understanding of your average rating across all listings.

    • Daily Rolling Average Rating - Your average rating over the trailing 90 days.

Listings

The listings tab will give an overview of the different publishers your business is listed with. Use this page to see the total number of publishers and listings, and how many of those are fully synced, processing, not yet synced, or have opted out.

Use the table to get a breakdown of each publisher and the type of listing with that publisher.

Insights

The insights tab is a centralized view for analytics reports that includes data charts with customizable date ranges. Visually dynamic elements like hero numbers, graphs, and captions help your audiences get the key information they need at any time. By default, accounts will be auto-populated with a series of standard dashboards. These will help you get started with a series of relevant metrics.
