Troubleshooting our Geofencing Product in Proposals

Make sure that the file you are uploading to the proposal is a CSV file

• Our tool will not allow you to upload Numbers, Excel, or any other file

• The file MUST be a CSV

  • Please see the correct format CSV file attached to article

Geofencing file must have a "Start" and "End" date

• The "Start" and "End" date refers to how long of a lookback period you want our team to target

• The "Start" and "End" date must be physical numbers

You MUST upload a Geofencing file to proposal in order to submit the proposal for "Under Review", generate the proposal, or Submit as I/O

You cannot make any changes to the proposal once it is confirmed by our team

• You will need to reach out to an Admin in order to alter the proposal
