The Ability to Create a New User can be found with the “New User” button from within Settings/Users:
After Selecting the “New User” button there is various forms that appear
Username
Full Name
Email Address
User Access
Ops (Partner)
Select the Partner associated with this user
Permissions received when an Ops Partner is created:
Line Item Assignee
No Partner required
This should be an internal Adcellerant employee but isn’t required to be an Admin of Ui.Marketing
Permissions received when an Ops Partner is created:
Division (Division User within a Single Partner)
Select the Partner associated with this user
Select the Division associated with the Partner selected
Permissions received when an Ops Partner is created:
Customer (Advertiser)
Select the Partner associated with this user
Select the Division associated with the Partner selected
Select the Advertiser associated with the Partner/Division selected

The ability to edit a single user and their permissions
