The Ability to Create a New User can be found with the “New User” button from within Settings/Users:
After Selecting the “New User” button there are various forms that appear
- Username
- Full Name
- Email Address
- User Access
  - Ops (Partner)
    - Select the Partner associated with this user
    - Permissions received when an Ops Partner is created:
      - Orders
      - Proposals
      - Reports
      - Additional Resources
  - Line Item Assignee
    - No Partner required
    - This should be an internal Adcellerant employee but isn’t required to be an Admin of Ui.Marketing
    - Permissions received when an Ops Partner is created:
      - Orders
      - Proposals
      - Reports
      - Additional Resources
  - Division (Division User within a Single Partner)
    - Select the Partner associated with this user
    - Select the Division associated with the Partner selected
    - Permissions received when an Ops Partner is created:
      - Orders
        Can View Orders within their division
        Cannot Create Orders
      - Proposals
        Can View Proposals within their division
        Cannot Create Proposals
        Cannot make custom CPM
        Cannot change requestor
      - Reports
        Can View Reports for Advertisers within their Division
      - Additional Resources
        Can View Resource Center
        Can View Knowledge Base
  - Customer (Advertiser)
    - Select the Partner associated with this user
    - Select the Division associated with the Partner selected
    - Select the Advertiser associated with the Partner/Division selected
    - Permissions received when an Ops Partner is created:
      - Orders
      - Proposals
      - Reports
      - Additional Resources
