Inheritance rules

• New Partners will inherit all rates enabled at the AdCellerant Organization level

• New Divisions will inherit all custom rates and products enabled at the Partner level

Custom Rates

• When custom rates are applied to a partner, division, advertiser, or line item, they override any inherited hierarchy or standardized rates.

• If changes are made to the standardized rates at the organization level, it will not override all of the custom rates at the below hierarchy

Note: Divisions will adopt all enabled products and custom rates from the Partner

FAQ:

• Q: Only one division has a custom rate for a product, how can I update that rate for just one partner and not all?

  • A: Follow the same steps as adding a custom rate for a partner but do it on the division level.

• Q: Only one of my divisions sells a product, how can I enable a product for one division, but not all?

  • A: Enable the Product at the partner level, then disable the product from all divisions that don’t sell that product

• Q: I want a Product to be available only for a few advertisers under one division

  • A: Yes, This can be done.

    • Go into the division and click ‘Edit’

    • Turn off all advertisers toggle

    • Select the Advertisers you would like to have this product Enabled
