Message searched allows users to search for text within line item messages and forward individual messages to streamline communication.

Tip

  • Message search is available to all user types

  • Users can search for letters, numbers, and most symbols

  • After users search for text, they can click on a message and be taken to that message

  • They can hover over a message (even without searching for it) to see a forwarding icon, to “forward” that message

    • It will display as blocked text in the message text box
