Overview
What
With a direct integration with WideOrbit (WO), it enables partners to directly submit orders from Ui.Marketing to WideOrbit to maintain their linear ordering and billing capabilities within WideOrbit.
Previously, partners had to enter orders in both platforms manually. This now allows them to enter all digital advertising run through Ui.Marketing/AdCellerant into their WideOrbit instance to make for less manual, duplicate work.

This integration only supports billing advertisers on the ordered amount within line items.
Who
Any Tier 1 media company that uses WideOrbit to order linear broadcast media (e.g. TV and Radio).
Why
AdCellerant and WO share a lot of the same customers and there has always been a significant gap in the industry between linear and digital ad purchases.
Example
A radio broadcaster utilizes WO to purchase, manage, and bill for their radio broadcast ad buys. They also utilize AdCellerant’s managed services and want to push their AdCellerant orders from Ui.Marketing into WO to streamline order management and billing for themselves, and ultimately, their advertisers.
Walkthrough
With the WideOrbit integration, any new line item in Ui.Marketing will also be added to a partner’s WideOrbit Digital Orders instance. This allows for a single place to manage billing for our partners and their advertisers.

In order for us to even begin the integration, a partner must…
Have or are interested in WideOrbit’s Digital Orders
Already discussed the integration with their Account Executive at WideOrbit
Understands our pricing model for the integration
Once these are complete, and WideOrbit agrees that this partner would be a good fit for the integration, we can begin the rollout plan [INSERT LINK] and WO will provide us with a Go-Live date.
Migration of Existing Ui.Marketing Line Items
If this is a current partner that has line items already running with us in Ui.Marketing prior to the WO integration, we are able to migrate these to WO. External One Sheet
