Line Items Table

The Line Items Table within Ui.Marketing is where users can go to see a list of line items. What line items a user sees is dependent upon the user’s permissions.

The line items table within Orders in Ui.Marketing is a great place to see line items at a glance with high-level info, including pacing metrics.

Users can also create custom line item table views where they have customized and filtered the table to only show information that is important to them or for that specific view that they want to visit frequently. Learn more about saved views >>


Customizing

Users can customize their columns in their table to only show relevant information to them. This also includes what pacing metrics, if any, they wish to view.

Filtering

Users can filter the line items table to narrow down the line items they see. Once a line items table is filtered and customized to how a user wants, they can then save this line item table view. Below is how to apply filters to the line items table.

Filter Options for Admin Users

  • Dates

  • Partner (Admins only)

  • Division

  • Advertiser  (Multi-select)

  • Order Name

  • Status (Multi-select)

  • Flags (Multi-select)

  • Requesters (Multi-select)

  • External ID (Multi-select)

  • Products (Multi-select)

  • Assignee (Multi-select)

  • Followers (Multi-select)

  • Line Item ID (Multi-select)

  • Product Manager

  • Product Classes (Multi-Select)

Filter Options for External Users

Basically, everything but 'Partners'.

  • Dates

  • Division

  • Advertiser  (Multi-select)

  • Order Name

  • Status (Multi-select)

  • Flags (Multi-select)

  • Requesters (Multi-select)

  • External ID (Multi-select)

  • Products (Multi-select)

  • Assignee (Multi-select)

Actions

Within the line items table, users will see an actions column where they can do the following actions:

  • View/Edit. This takes the user to the line item they clicked the ellipsis on.

  • Delete. For Admin users only, this allows users to delete line items. Users can only delete line items that are in New or Pending status.

  • View Report. This takes users to the Advertiser Summary reporting for the advertiser that the line item is associated with.

  • Clone Line Item. This option allows you to quickly clone a line item from the table.

Cloning a Line Item

Cloning a line item allows you to rename the line item and then select a new start date. You cannot edit the end date until after the line item has been cloned.

Once a line item has been cloned the user is then taken to the review page to ensure everything looks correct prior to submitting the new line item to our team.

From here, users can also edit any line item details by clicking on the icon on the line item.
