Advertiser Configuration

Overview
The Advertiser Configuration section within Ui.Marketing allows users to create and manage advertiser accounts for each client, ensuring all required business information, industry categorization, and integration details are stored in a standardized format.
This setup is essential for reporting accuracy, campaign linking, and product configurations across AdCellerant systems (DirectHub, Presale, Orders, etc.).

Below is a step-by-step walkthrough of how to create a new advertiser in Ui.Marketing.
Step 1 – Navigate to Settings
From the Ui.Marketing main navigation, select Settings (wrench icon in the left sidebar).
Under Settings, click Hierarchy.
Choose the appropriate Organization, Partner, and Division where the new advertiser should be created.
Step 2 – Create a New Advertiser
Click Add Advertiser or open an existing advertiser and select Edit.
In the General tab, complete the following fields:
Name * – Enter the advertiser’s full business name.
Website * – Input the advertiser’s website URL (e.g.,
www.happycat.com).Industry * – Select the most relevant industry from the dropdown (e.g., Arts & Entertainment).
Micro-Industry – Add up to three sub-industry tags for better categorization (e.g., Comics & Animation).
Keywords – Optionally enter up to five focus keywords describing the advertiser’s business or target market.
Adcellerant Partner Success – Select the Partner Success Manager responsible for this advertiser.
This ensures the correct Adcellerant Partner Success team member is linked for reporting, notifications, and account management. This dropdown is intended for use by the Select team only.
Adcellerant Sales Lead - Select the correct Adcellerant Sales Lead team member who is linked for reporting and commission. The dropdown is intended to be used by the PodTeam only.
Click Submit to save.
Step 3 – Add Integrations (Optional)
After saving, navigate to the Integrations tab.
Configure any applicable integrations (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, FreeWheel, Amazon DSP).
Ensure credentials and connection statuses are validated before closing.
Step 4 – Add Logo (Optional)
Select the Logo tab.
Upload a high-resolution image (recommended 500×500 px, PNG format).
Save changes to confirm.
👥 Adcellerant Partner Success Configuration (Select Only)
Once the advertiser’s general information is entered, scroll to the Adcellerant Partner Success dropdown at the bottom of the form.
Select the Adcellerant Partner Success Manager responsible for this advertiser.
This selection determines who receives alerts, notifications, and reporting for that advertiser.
Click Submit to finalize.
💡 Note: If the Adcellerant Partner Success dropdown is disabled, ensure the division has active Partner Success assignments configured in the Partner Hierarchy.
👥 Adcellerant Sales Lead Configuration (Pod ONLY)
Once the advertiser’s general information is entered, scroll to the Adcellerant Sales Lead dropdown at the bottom of the form.
Select the Adcellerant Sales Lead responsible for this advertiser.
This selection determines who receives reporting and commission for that advertiser.
Click Submit to finalize.
💡 Note: If the Adcellerant Sales Lead dropdown is disabled, ensure the division has active Partner Success assignments configured in the Partner Hierarchy.
