Overview
Ops users can see all proposals, orders, and reports for their partner and all underlying divisions. Depending on the permissions enabled, they can also manage users, see their partner hierarchy, and rate cards.
Creating a New Ops User
Only specific Admin users in Ui.Marketing can create users. Typically, this is handled by our Support team.
Do not update a user unless working with Support. The articles below are just to showcase the process and what it looks like.

Partner Admin Users
Partner admin users are simply Ops-level users with the Users permission toggled on. These users should be the “admin” for their partner and their hierarchy. While this full feature is not yet released, it allows partners more control over their Ui.Marketing account and users.
Hierarchies, Logos, & Products
Ops-level users can also have the Hierarchies permission group enabled, which allows these users to see their partner hierarchy and edit logos. With the View Products permission under Hierarchies, ops users can view enabled products with retail rates.
