Overview
Division users can see all reporting data under a designated division(s). Depending on the permissions enabled, they will only see proposals and orders they are either the requester, follower, or listener on.
Creating a New Division User
Only specific Admin users in Ui.Marketing can create users. Typically, this is handled by our Support team.
Do not update a user unless working with Support. The articles below are just to showcase the process and what it looks like.
Multiple Divisions
When creating a division-level user, you are able to select multiple divisions that user can see reporting for. They can also create proposals and orders for those divisions.
By adding multiple divisions to a user it does not automatically mean they can see all proposals and orders within those divisions. Additional permissions must be granted. Learn more >

After creating a new user, you can then edit that userβs permissions. Division-level users have access to the following permissions:
