Overview

What

Product goals are selected when a new advertising product is created at the organizational level in Ui.Marketing. Goals should be selected based on the advertising product and what kind of goals it helps achieve. For example, a device ID campaign helps with the goal “foot traffic” vs streaming TV helps with “awareness” and “engagement”.

Our AI-driven recommendations can then be based on what the advertiser’s end goal is for the digital advertising campaigns.

Who

Goal types help provide accurate product recommendations to our partners to ensure they are selling products that will only help their advertisers achieve their goals.

Why

This was made to help with our AI-recommendation engine.

Example

A partner is creating a proposal for a bank and only wants to provide products that would help the bank reach its goal of retaining existing customers.

When creating a new product, under the Audience Targeting field, you will see a dropdown for Goals. You can then select which goal(s) you want to add to that product.

Drive In-Person Visits

Drive physical visits to a brick-and-mortar location. This is particularly relevant for businesses like retail stores, restaurants, dealerships, entertainment venues, and service-based businesses with physical addresses.

(Retention)

Focus on engaging your current customer base to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. This is about maintaining relationships and driving ongoing value.
