Overview

The hierarchy in Ui.Marketing is as follows:

As it stands today, the Organization will always be ‘AdCellerant’. Once a new partner has signed with us, we create their hierarchy by creating their Partner, Division(s), and any advertisers under each of division. A partner can have multiple divisions with each division having advertisers associated with it.

Creating Hierarchies in Ui.Marketing

Information within the hierarchy in Ui.Marketing is considered the source of truth, rather than HubSpot. Therefore, when creating a hierarchy in Ui.Marketing ensure all information is accurate.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Partner Creation

1. Navigate to https://ui.marketing/admin/hierarchy/organizations/1/partners

2. Click New Partner in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Follow our Partner Configuration.

4. Click Save to ensure all changes have been saved and the partner has been created.

Division Creation

1. Navigate back to the Partner table in Ui.Marketing. Search for the partner the division goes under and click on the partner name.

2. Click New Division in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Enter in the Division name.

4. If known, add the AdCellerant Pod Leader as the Assignee.

5. Click Save.

6. Add the Division logo under the Logo tab.

   1. If no division logo is added, the partner logo will appear on all exports and within Ui.Marketing.

7. On the Products tab, you can enable/disable products by division as well as customize pricing by division. This will then apply to all advertisers within that division.

Advertiser Creation

Advertisers can be created via this route, or when a user is creating a new proposal or order.

1. Navigate to the Partner, then the Division the advertiser is associated with.

2. Click New Advertiser in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Follow our Advertiser Configuration.

4. Click Submit when all changes are made.
