Ui Marketing Users - Set up and Reset PW Links

When users are created, two links are sent:

1. Reset password (link valid for 10 minutes)

2. New User Setup (link valid for 24 Hours)

New User Setup Link:

• This link is triggered by a newly created user

• The link prompts the user to set up their password

Ways Ui Marketing Users can reset their password:

• Users should be empowered to reset their own password by clicking the ‘Forgot Password’ button on the login page.

  • This triggers the ‘Reset Password’ link in Fusion Auth

• A reset password link can be sent in Fusion Auth if needed

Ui.Marketing User Permissions:

• Permissions are applied to a user AFTER user is created

• Permission Types:

  • Integrations - the ability to ingrate external accounts

  • Sub-Admin - the ability to create users within your hierarchy

  • Allow Custom CPM - the ability to adjust CPM rates on the proposal tool to be different from rate card

  • Order Submission - the ability to create orders from the proposal or without proposal

  • Hide Knowledge Base - hides AdCellerant Academy from user

  • Hide Resource Center - NA

  • Ability to Update Requestor - Change the user who created a proposal
